Victor Osimhen is attracting major transfer interest as Galatasaray insist on a €150 million fee despite a bid from FC Barcelona exceeding €100 million.
Galatasaray are reportedly demanding €150 million to part ways with Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, despite strong interest from FC Barcelona, who have tabled a bid exceeding €100 million. According to Turkish outlet A Spor, the La Liga champions have identified Osimhen as a priority target, but the Istanbul club are standing firm on their valuation.
Turkish journalist Arda Özkurt said the striker has drawn attention from clubs across Europe and Saudi Arabia, although no formal offer has been submitted. “Victor Osimhen has interest from Europe and Saudi Arabia; however, there is no official offer so far. Galatasaray are not considering a sale, and Osimhen has no intention of leaving. He is happy at Galatasaray. Okan Buruk is building next season’s plans around him,” he said.
Since joining Galatasaray in a €75 million move from SSC Napoli last summer, Osimhen has been in impressive form, registering 20 goals and seven assists in 31 appearances. His performances have also attracted interest from Real Madrid and Arsenal FC, with sporting director Andrea Berta reportedly holding talks with Galatasaray officials. With 27 goal contributions this season, his rising value leaves uncertainty over whether Barcelona will return with an improved offer to meet the asking price.
