Car Plunges into Oyo River, Two Dead
Tragedy struck Friday night in Oyo State as a Toyota Avensis plunged into Ariyo River, claiming two lives. The Oyo State Fire Service confirmed the recovery of the victims, whose vehicle reportedly lost control along Amuloko in Ona Ara Local Government. Fire officers responded swiftly to the distress call, retrieving the casualties. Authorities have handed the bodies to the Nigeria Police Force for investigation.
