NEMA Welcomes 123 Nigerian Returnees from Algeria
NEMA has received 123 Nigerian returnees from Algeria through the Assisted Voluntary Return (AVR) Programme, a joint initiative with IOM and the Federal Government. The group, comprising 121 adults, one female child, and one male infant, arrived at Lagos Airport on Monday. This follows a similar repatriation of 104 Nigerians in July 2025. Returnees received humanitarian aid and registration for reintegration.
