Abia Combats Pests with Federal Partnership
Abia State is partnering with the Federal Ministry of Livestock Development (FMLD) to tackle tsetse flies and other agricultural pests. Commissioner Cliff Agbeze announced the collaboration following a visit from FMLD’s Gilbert Okoro. The initiative aims to boost livestock and crop yields, aligning with the “One Health Initiative” across Abia’s three senatorial districts.
