Kuda has laid off hundreds of employees across several departments as part of a restructuring aimed at supporting its next phase of growth.
Kuda has laid off hundreds of employees as part of a company-wide restructuring affecting multiple departments, according to sources and documents obtained by TechCabal.
Staff were informed during a video call with senior executives on March 25, where many learned their contracts had been terminated. Nineteen of the firm’s 40 marketing employees were among those affected, sources said.
“Kuda is evolving how the organisation is structured to support the next phase of our growth and scale,” a company spokesperson said. “This is not a decision driven by financial pressure, but part of the natural evolution of a company at our stage, aligning with industry benchmarks.”
The company said affected staff would receive severance packages and transition support following the restructuring.
