Dollar to naira exchange rate today black market (Aboki dollar rate):
The exchange rate for the U.S. dollar to the naira at the Lagos Parallel (Black) Market on Sunday, February 15, 2026, shows traders selling at ₦1,400 per dollar and buying at ₦1,375 per dollar, according to Bureau De Change (BDC) sources.
However, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not officially recognize the parallel or black market. The CBN has advised individuals seeking foreign exchange to conduct transactions through their respective banks.
