Nigeria Boosts Health Sector with N94 Billion
Nigeria’s Federal Executive Council has approved N93.9 billion for four health initiatives. Coordinating Minister Muhammad Ali Pate announced plans to upgrade the Kaltungo Snakebite Treatment Centre into a National Research and Medical Centre, addressing a public health challenge causing 43,000 annual cases. The investment aims to enhance healthcare, disease control, and emergency services.
