The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD)-assisted Value Chain Development Programme (VCDP) is advocating for greater land access for women farmers in Ebonyi to help them reach their full agricultural potential. State Programme Coordinator Sunday Ituma highlighted the challenges women face, including limited access to land, funds, and inputs, and called for policy changes to ensure women’s land ownership rights. The program also focuses on training, capacity building, and providing equipment to support women in agricultural production, processing, and marketing.
