A bizarre kidnapping drama has taken a stunning twist after a married woman, identified as Oluchi, was allegedly found in a Delta State hotel with her lover despite claims she had been abducted.
According to The PUNCH, the woman’s family had raised alarm after receiving demands for a N50 million ransom, later reduced to N20 million. Her children, including a daughter based in Canada, launched public appeals for help.
However, police investigations traced a suspect’s phone to a hotel in Delta, where officers reportedly found Oluchi and her lover together.
Her daughter, Anita, expressed shock and heartbreak, insisting the family knew nothing about the alleged plot. Edo Police confirmed the incident and said four suspects have been arrested as investigations continue.
