Delta State Police have arrested Godwin Mngumi, 25, as the prime suspect in the murder of retired Justice Ifeoma Okogwu. The arrest took place in Anambra State, and the victim’s phone was recovered from the suspect. Police are still searching for a third suspect involved in the crime.
