Nigeria has signed a pivotal Letter of Intent with the African Development Bank (AfDB) to advance aviation development across Africa. Minister Festus Keyamo signed the pact in Brazzaville, Congo, aligning with President Tinubu’s ‘Renewed Hope Agenda’. The agreement highlights opportunities within the AfDB’s $7 billion aviation program, particularly for the new Nigeria Aircraft Leasing Company.
