NDC Faces Deregistration Battle! The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has slammed “anti-democratic forces” after a Federal High Court in Kogi ordered INEC to deregister the party over a logo dispute with the Peace Movement Party (PMP). NDC Chairman Moses Zuwoghe labeled the ruling “functus officio” and vowed to appeal, accusing political actors of trying to stifle opposition.
