Lagos State has been recognized as the leader in Nigeria’s 2025 Subnational Ease of Doing Business Report, achieving a score of 85.6 percent. The report, released by the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC), evaluates states based on various business-friendly indicators.
Kaduna, Oyo, the FCT, and Ogun followed Lagos in the rankings, showcasing efforts to improve the business environment across the nation.
