Kwara mob burns man’s remains, razes 10 buildings over Muslim cleric’s death

A violent confrontation in Kwara State resulted in the death of an Islamic scholar and a Fulani man.

Following the scholar’s death, an enraged mob burned the Fulani man’s remains and razed ten buildings.

Police condemned the acts as barbaric and have launched an investigation.
