Imo CP cautions newly promoted officers against extortion, rights abuses

Imo Commissioner of Police, Audu Bosso, has sternly warned newly promoted officers against corruption, extortion, and rights abuses. Speaking at a decoration ceremony for 500 officers in Owerri, Bosso stressed that promotions signify increased responsibility, not arrogance, and emphasized the need for strategic, intelligence-led policing.
