Nigeria Customs Service’s ‘Customs Cares’ CSR initiative has earned a global accolade, winning the Commonwealth Environment and CSR Gold Award in Glasgow. This award recognizes impactful interventions in education, healthcare, food security, and environmental sustainability.
Deputy Comptroller-General Timi Bomodi stated the award is a milestone, affirming the service’s commitment to community well-being beyond its mandate. The initiative has reached over 10 million Nigerians across 12 states and the FCT.
