The media office of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has dismissed a publication attributed to ex-Ekiti governor Ayo Fayose, describing it as “a shameless concoction of a tissue of lies stitched together by a serial purveyor of political gossip.”
Atiku’s aide, Phrank Shaibu, denied claims of vice-presidential negotiations or financial contributions, calling the story “insider fiction manufactured to mislead.” He urged the public to treat it “with the contempt it deserves,” stressing that Atiku remains focused on “principled engagement and national redemption.”
