Equatorial Guinea’s Prime Minister Manuel Osa Nsue Nsua and his entire cabinet have resigned after barely meeting 10 percent of their government’s targets, in a move announced by Vice President Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue.
Talk about a brutal performance review. Equatorial Guinea’s government has been wiped clean after Prime Minister Manuel Osa Nsue Nsua and his entire cabinet resigned en bloc, according to Peoples Gazette.
Vice President Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue broke the news on X, revealing the outgoing team had managed to hit just 10 percent of its targets — not exactly a stellar report card.
He insisted accountability means results must follow resources, calling the execution level “clearly insufficient.” Nsua only took the job two years ago, appointed by President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo — the world’s longest-serving leader, in power since 1979 and known for stacking government with family members.
