The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has cautioned 200 foreign postgraduate scholarship beneficiaries to shun drug abuse and social vices. NDDC Managing Director, Samuel Ogbuku, urged scholars to be good ambassadors and focus on academic excellence. He stressed that the scholarship is an opportunity for regional development and warned against misconduct, which could lead to withdrawal.
