UNIPORT Appoints Princewill Chike as 10th Vice-Chancellor

The University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) has appointed Professor Princewill Chike as its 10th Vice-Chancellor, effective July 13.

The Governing Council approved the appointment following a stringent selection process, as confirmed by spokesperson Sam Kpenu. Chike, formerly Rivers State Commissioner for Health, is expected to lead the university’s growth.
