Kamaru Usman faces backlash over leaked private hospital call with Anthony Joshua

Kamaru Usman is trending because sports fans are dragging the MMA fighter for secretly recording and sharing a sensitive phone call moment with Anthony Joshua, when he was in the hospital.

Apparently, it was the first conversation they’ve ever had. But during the call, someone was recording it and somehow it ended up on Usman’s YouTube and has since the gone viral.

Usman has now apologized. Stating, it was unintentional.

That he was filming throughout that day. He knew the moment was also captured. But didn’t check the Final Cut of what was posted on his YouTube.

Otherwise he’d have flagged it. He has taken full responsibility for the slip up and the video has been taken down, a bit too late.

Meanwhile, fans are criticizing a shocked AJ for not giving their expexted reactions to losing two of his lifetime buddies.

Regardless, it became the first public oral reaction from AJ since the December 29 tragedy.

Usman: I’m sorry for that man. Hey, you scared the world, I’ll tell you that right now

Joshua: “One was in the front and one was behind him, on the right side. They both passed away. It still hasn’t sunk in. It still hasn’t hit me yet

Usman: Life is short man, life is short.

Joshua: And now look, I get to speak with you for the first time.

Usman: I know. It’s a funny way of moving things, you know?.
