Nathaniel Spencer, 38, a former UK doctor, has been charged with sexually assaulting 38 patients while working at hospitals in the West Midlands. These charges, announced by the Crown Prosecution Service, include multiple counts of sexual assault and assault by penetration, involving both adults and children.
The alleged offenses occurred between 2017 and 2021 at Royal Stoke University Hospital and Russells Hall Hospital. Spencer is suspended from medical practice and is scheduled to appear at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre on January 20, 2026.
