Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf paid condolences to Zahra Allalai’s family after her death in a bandit attack in Kamaye village. This visit followed a series of coordinated assaults along the Kano–Katsina border, an area experiencing rising insecurity and abductions.
The governor met with Joint Task Force troops, assessing security deployments and receiving a briefing on recent encounters, including a fatal ambush on November 1. Yusuf pledged full government support to defeat bandits and ensure the safe return of abducted victims.
