Senator Ali Ndume, who represents the Borno Southern Senatorial District, has revealed that Nigeria lacks the satellite capabilities necessary to track terrorists.
In an interview on Christmas TV on Thursday, Ndume stated that out of the five satellites owned by the country, only two are operational, and they have limited capabilities to meet real-time security needs.
He challenged that “if the country’s satellites were capable, why are we not able to trace the General that is missing in action? It is because they don’t have an adequate tracking system.
