Fuji music star Wasiu Ayinde, popularly known as Kwam1, has publicly criticized his mentor, Ayinla Kollington, for failing to console him after his mother’s death. Kwam1, who buried his mother on January 18, 2025, expressed his anger in a radio interview, recalling how he fully funded and organized dignitaries for Kollington’s mother’s burial. “I supported him 100%, brought governors, and handled everything. Yet, he didn’t reach out when I lost my mom,” he lamented.
Kwam1 dismissed Kollington’s excuse of unanswered calls as unacceptable. “He was in Nigeria, hale and hearty. Is this how to repay kindness?” he fumed. The outburst has sparked reactions among fans, with many siding with Kwam1 over the perceived ingratitude. The feud highlights growing tensions between the two Fuji legends, once known for their close bond.
