Human rights advocate Aisha Yesufu assured Federal Capital Territory (FCT) residents that their efforts would bring direct benefits. Speaking on Sunday via her verified X handle, Yesufu announced plans for an “Abuja Residents Empowerment Bill” if elected FCT Senator in 2027. The Bill proposes quotas for youth and women-led businesses in government contracts, along with rent control and skills empowerment initiatives.
