The NDC has granted waivers to Ovie Omo-Agege and Victor Ochei for the 2027 general elections. Omo-Agege, former Deputy Senate President, will contest Delta Central, while Ochei, former Delta State House of Assembly Speaker, aims for Delta North. Both leaders recently defected from the APC to the NDC, a move expected to boost the party’s presence in Delta State.
