President Bola Tinubu’s administration has signed 26,272 Certificates of Occupancy (C-of-O) in Abuja within three years.
This figure dramatically surpasses the 8,697 C-ofs signed between 2010 and 2023, demonstrating a significant acceleration in land document processing.
FCT Minister Nyesom Wike’s office states this eases doing business, aligning with the Renewed Hope Agenda.
