We have turned Nigeria to graveyard – APC chieftain defects to ADC

APC chieftain Eze Chukwuemeka Eze has defected to the ADC, criticising President Tinubu’s administration over insecurity, economic decline, and alleged governance failures.

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Eze Chukwuemeka Eze, has defected to the African Democratic Congress, citing dissatisfaction with the ruling party’s performance. Eze announced his resignation on Tuesday, blaming what he described as poor governance under President Bola Tinubu.

In a strongly worded statement, Eze accused the APC-led government of failing to deliver on key promises, including improving the naira, tackling insecurity, and ensuring food security. He claimed the country has deteriorated into a “graveyard,” alleging that citizens now face worsening insecurity, economic hardship, and declining education standards.

The former APC loyalist also criticised the state of Nigeria’s democracy, alleging a drift toward a one-party system and rising corruption. He said his decision to leave the party was driven by a loss of confidence in its direction and leadership.
