President Bola Tinubu has assured Nigerians that the Federal Government is deploying local and international resources to secure the release of abducted Oyo State pupils and teachers.
According to Tribune Online, Tinubu confirmed that security agencies are working round the clock, supported by foreign collaborations and active intelligence-sharing arrangements. The President was emphatic no child should ever be taken from the safety of a classroom, and his administration would not rest until the victims are home.
He also announced concrete plans to strengthen security around vulnerable communities, including the recruitment of forest guards and the deployment of specialised response units across high-risk areas. Tinubu urged affected families to remain hopeful as rescue efforts continue to intensify on multiple fronts.
