Tinubu’s US Case: Civil, Not Criminal!
The Nigerian Presidency confirms President Bola Tinubu’s ongoing case in the US District Court is a civil records-disclosure dispute under the Freedom of Information Act, not a criminal matter. Special Adviser Bayo Onanuga stated Thursday that the proceedings do not involve criminal charges, trials, or judicial findings of wrongdoing against Tinubu.
