Nigerian businessman Femi Otedola has reportedly acquired a 10-bedroom mansion in London’s exclusive St John’s Wood district for £53 million, approximately $72 million.
According to Bloomberg, the luxury property, located near Regent’s Park, was purchased late last year, citing a United Kingdom filing published on May 14, 2026.
The acquisition further strengthens Otedola’s portfolio of international real estate investments and underscores sustained interest in prime London properties among high-net-worth individuals.
