Ogun Mother Arrested with Drugs for Death-Row Son
A woman, Iyabo Sowunmi, has been arrested in Ogun State for allegedly trying to smuggle suspected illicit drugs, known as ‘Colos’, into the Ibara Correctional Centre. The drugs were reportedly intended for her son, Dare Sowunmi, who is on death row. The suspect was apprehended during a routine screening and has been handed over to the NDLEA for investigation and prosecution.
