Nigeria’s Oil Dip: Nigeria’s crude oil production decreased by four percent in July 2026, the NUPRC reported. Despite the dip, the country continued to surpass its OPEC quota. Averaging 1.505 mbpd of crude, and 1.67 mbpd with condensate, the total output saw a decline from June’s 1.7 mbpd. Operational challenges at Erha and Akpo fields were cited as the primary cause for the reduction.
