VeryDarkMan spends hours at DSS office over leaked coup trial video, walks free after questioning.
Social media influencer Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, was grilled by the Department of State Services over a leaked video tied to an ongoing coup plot trial.
According to a report by Daily Post, the questioning followed an order by Justice Joyce Abdulmalik of the Federal High Court in Abuja, directing an investigation into how restricted court footage leaked into the public domain.
Prosecutors had told the court the video, part of evidence in the coup suspects’ trial, surfaced on VeryDarkMan’s platforms despite a court order restricting its circulation.
VeryDarkMan said he spent several hours at the DSS office before being released early in the morning. Investigations continue.
