Assault: Doctors Call Off Strike at Teaching Hospital Following Apology and Management Intervention

Uyo, Akwa Ibom: Doctors at University of Uyo Teaching Hospital (UUTH) have ended their strike after an apology from the family of an alleged assailant and management intervention. NMA Akwa Ibom Chairperson, Tiemah Akpabio, confirmed the strike’s conclusion on Friday. Services resume Saturday, September 5, 8 a.m.
