Airtel Africa Expands Share Buyback to $65M
Airtel Africa Plc announced buying back 927,133 ordinary shares from August 10-14, 2026, as part of its program. Transactions, handled by Barclays Capital Securities Limited across major exchanges, saw prices from 323.00 GBp to 329.60 GBp. The company also increased its discretionary buyback cap from $50M to $65M.
