Senator Adams Oshiomhole has alleged that Senate President Godswill Akpabio harbours deep suspicion and hostility toward him within the National Assembly.
Senator Adams Oshiomhole is not mincing words. The APC lawmaker representing Edo North says Senate President Godswill Akpabio is so paranoid about him that he would gladly bar him from the Senate chamber if he could.
In an interview on the Mic On Podcast, reported by Tribune Online, Oshiomhole said Akpabio has “misled himself into thinking I am probably the devil he knows.” The former Edo governor also predicted that the incoming 11th Senate would look nothing like the current one, citing widespread grumbling among senators over Akpabio’s leadership style. He reminded critics of his contributions to President Tinubu’s 2023 election victory.
