Nigeria is set to transform police stations into digital connectivity hubs under Project BRIDGE. Minister Bosun Tijani announced the initiative, aimed at modernizing policing through enhanced connectivity. Police stations will become key points in the Project BRIDGE network, expanding the national fiber backbone to connect all 774 Local Government Areas. This project will also extend broadband access to schools, health facilities, and rural communities, while establishing cross-border links.
