Despite missing key players, Nigeria showcased an impressive performance, controlling the game and making vital saves.
The match was part of Nigeria’s European tour. They are set to face Portugal in their next friendly on June 10, which will be Portugal’s farewell match before the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
