Edo State Police apprehended three suspected kidnappers in Jattu village after a May 15, 2026 operation. Spokesperson Eno Ikoedem confirmed the arrests. Nura Dahiru, Ibrahim Yakubu, and Abubakar Inusa were captured. Victims, including Ibrahim Jemila, positively identified Dahiru and Yakubu as their abductors. This links the trio to a kidnapping gang and other violent crimes in the state.
