Museveni Endorses Regional Oil Plan
Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni backed a proposed East African oil refinery after meeting Nigerian billionaire Aliko Dangote. Museveni stressed local refining would “add value,” boosting economic and strategic benefits for the region by processing crude oil domestically.
