The Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) has introduced new guidelines for contract variations and the mandatory use of final designs in public projects, following Federal Executive Council approval.
These guidelines, effective immediately, centralize the review and certification of contract changes within the BPP, aiming to enhance transparency, accountability, and value for money in public procurement processes.
