Dangote Refinery has launched an 18-month graduate trainee programme to train young professionals across technical and support fields in the oil and gas sector.
Dangote Refinery has announced its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme, designed as an 18-month initiative aimed at developing young professionals for the oil and gas industry. The company said the programme will provide hands-on exposure to refinery operations and mentorship from experienced professionals.
“At Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals, we are offering you the opportunity to join our 2026 Graduate Programme, where you will have a chance to learn and grow in a global business environment while supporting the growth of our organisation,” the company stated.
Applicants aged 28 and below with degrees, HND, or diplomas in relevant fields are eligible. The refinery added that trainees will “develop skills, expand knowledge, and make a true impact” across various technical and support roles.
