The Rivers State High Court, Oyigbo Division, sitting in Port Harcourt on Friday suspended its earlier order restraining the state Chief Judge from acting on a request by the House of Assembly to constitute a panel to probe allegations of misconduct against Governor Siminalayi Fubara and his deputy, Ngozi Odu. The court also adjourned indefinitely the hearing of the suit filed by the governor and his deputy challenging the impeachment process initiated by the Assembly.
