Bill Clinton urges DOJ to release remaining Epstein records, says “someone being protected”

Former President Bill Clinton has demanded the Department of Justice release all remaining files connected to late financier Jeffrey Epstein, following recent document disclosures that included multiple photographs of him. Through his spokesman on Monday, Clinton stated the partial release raises transparency concerns and suggested “someone or something is being protected.” He specifically called on Attorney General Pam Bondi to immediately publish any materials referencing or containing photographs of him.

Clinton accused the DOJ of making selective disclosures that imply wrongdoing by individuals already cleared by the department over several years. “We need no such protection,” the former president said. He warned that withholding complete records would fuel public suspicion that the process relies on insinuation rather than transparency.

The statement came amid mounting criticism from 19 alleged Epstein victims and survivors who accused the DOJ of mishandling the file release. The group claimed thousands of documents and photographs remain withheld from public view, alleging the department violated the Epstein Files Transparency Act by suppressing large volumes of records and failing to properly protect survivor identities.

Pressure continues building on the DOJ for full disclosure of Epstein-related materials as the controversy stirs ongoing debate across the United States. Clinton’s demand adds to growing calls for complete transparency in the handling of files connected to the deceased financier’s criminal activities.
