The Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) says gross statutory revenue for November 2025 fell by N427.969 billion to N1.736 trillion, compared with N2.164 trillion in October 2025. The disclosure was contained in a communiqué issued after FAAC’s December 2025 meeting in Abuja. Despite the decline, FAAC shared N1.928 trillion as November 2025 Federation Account Revenue among the three tiers of government.

The communiqué said the distributable revenue comprised N1.403 trillion in statutory revenue, N485.838 billion from Value Added Tax (VAT), and N39.646 billion from Electronic Money Transfer Levy (EMTL). Total gross revenue available in November stood at N2.343 trillion, with deductions of N84.251 billion for cost of collection and N330.625 billion for transfers, interventions, refunds and savings.

From the N1.928 trillion shared, the Federal Government received N747.159 billion, states received N601.731 billion, while local governments got N445.266 billion. A total of N134.355 billion was distributed to benefiting states as derivation revenue. FAAC noted that excise duty rose moderately, while VAT, EMTL, oil and gas revenues, and several taxes recorded significant declines in November 2025.
