The Police Service Commission, in collaboration with the Nigeria Police Force, has opened applications for the 2025/2026 recruitment of Police Constables and Specialist personnel, following President Bola Tinubu’s directive to hire 50,000 officers to strengthen internal security.
The online portal will be accessible from December 15, 2025, to January 25, 2026, with detailed eligibility, age limits, and physical requirements provided for applicants.
Candidates must upload required documents and apply via the PSC recruitment portal, selecting either General Duty or Specialist categories, including medical, transport, marine, IT, and artisan roles.
Applicants will undergo physical and medical screening, aptitude tests, and background checks. The PSC stressed that the process is free and warned against bribery, urging applicants to rely only on official communication channels for updates.
