Police in Delta State have arrested Godwin Mngumi, a security guard, in connection with the murder of retired judge Justice Ifeoma Okogwu. The suspect allegedly confessed to inviting two accomplices to the scene, one of whom has also been arrested.
The retired judge was found dead in her home on November 23, with evidence of a struggle and robbery. The security guard’s disappearance following the incident had drawn significant suspicion.
