In a significant step towards lasting peace, the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in Plateau State and the Qur’anic Believers Harmony for Peace Initiative (QBHI) have united to end years of religious crises. Led by QBHI Chairman Sheikh Yahya Ibrahim Masussuka, both groups have agreed to foster harmony, acknowledging that intolerance, ignorance, and political manipulation have fueled two decades of devastating conflict. This accord emphasizes dialogue, mediation, and government support for youth empowerment and security to restore Plateau State as a ‘Home of Peace’.
